❛ HR basically deals with all things employees. its basically about determining staff needs, hiring in some cases, supervising, payroll, discrimination, sexual harassment , performance - hence peer reviews and making sure SOMEONE doesn’t eat other people’s lunches or gummy bears —- but at ISIO it’s mainly dealin’ with complaints against mr.archer - it’s great when he ISN’T ON A MISSION - or is missin’ i mean, we used to have like thirty people working at this joint, now it’s like ten – i mean, i understand why – complaints about danger levels , pay and archer. ❜
